Submit a Data Request

Use this form to exercise your rights under the LGPD (Brazil), GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA/CPRA (California), or any other applicable privacy law. We will respond within 30 days of receiving a verifiable request, except where law allows a longer window.

If you have an ATO cloud account, the fastest path is in-product: Settings → Privacy exposes data export, account deletion, and consent management directly. The form below is for users without an account or for requests that require operator review.

What you can request

Access — confirm whether we hold personal data about you and receive a copy.
Export / portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON).
Correction — correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
Deletion / erasure — delete your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements.
Restriction (GDPR) — limit our processing of your data in certain circumstances.
Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Information about sharing — learn with whom we share your data.
Withdraw consent — revoke previously granted consent (e.g., marketing emails).
Opt-out of sale or sharing (CCPA/CPRA) — we do not currently sell or share, but you may file this request anyway.
